If you believe WrightCare has failed to provide auxiliary aids or services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, and/or sex, or violated a patient’s health information privacy or security rights, you may file a grievance with the WrightCare Compliance Officer using the contact information above. You may file a grievance in person, by mail or email. If you need help with a grievance, the WrightCare Compliance Officer is available to help you.
