  • Free language services to people with Limited English Proficiency (LEP), including:

    • Qualified interpreters

    • Information written in other languages

If you believe WrightCare has failed to provide auxiliary aids or services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, and/or sex, or violated a patient’s health information privacy or security rights, you may file a grievance with the WrightCare Compliance Officer using the contact information above. You may file a grievance in person, by mail or email. If you need help with a grievance, the WrightCare Compliance Officer is available to help you.



You may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office for Civil Rights (OCR), by mail at the address below, electronically through the OCR Complaint Portal:  https://ocrportal.hhs.gov/ocr/portal/lobby.jsf or by phone: 1-800-368-1019, or 800-537-7697 (TDD).
